Sandy was amazing. As a first time home buyer, I felt like I was in good hands with Sandy. She had a lot of expertise of the South Bay and shared her wealth of knowledge generously. Buying a house during the peak of a seller’s market was stressful and frustrating, but I knew that it would’ve been much more difficult without Sandy’s guidance. She would be honest with the pros and cons of every house and neighborhood. She had compassion with the ups and downs of the house hunting. I loved how she was quick to respond to anything that was needed and made herself readily available, even at a minute’s notice. During the pandemic, scheduling an appointment to see a property was madness, but Sandy was able to always get it done in the most efficient way. I was thankful that she would try to squeeze in as many properties in a day, but still consider the time it takes to drive between each house. She would try to minimize the time between viewings so there would be no wasted time standing idly by. It was probably the most chaotic season of the housing market in years, but thank you, Sandy, for making it all happen.

First and foremost, Sandy was amazing!! She clearly cares about what she does and really enjoys it, and it shows with how thorough she is when showing and recommending properties. I was able to list everything that I had to have, or would really like to have, and every house she recommended was fantastic! She was also able to find out small things about the houses and bring them to light, such as parking oddities (like you couldn’t park on the street during certain times due to street sweeping), or if a house needed some work. Not only that, but she was only a text away when I had a question. Excellent communication! She also set up a portal online where houses would automatically be loaded based on what I told her I was looking for, and it was super easy to use. As a military person moving cross country, having Sandy in my corner was truly a blessing - I could not have done this without her! Overall, I highly recommend her based on her experience, passion, great attitude and wonderful communication!
